Senior Advisory For Complex Leadership Moments

For the alignment problems that stall transformations.

Most stalled decisions are not waiting for more analysis. They are waiting for the right people to align — in rooms where standard workshops are not enough.

3T

Private advisory for governments, multilaterals, sovereign-backed institutions, family enterprises, and large private-sector organizations.

Who We Work With

Trusted when the room is complex.

3Ts works with the sponsors and senior leaders of transformations, reforms, and consequential leadership transitions — across governments, multilaterals, sovereign-backed institutions, family enterprises, and large private-sector organizations.

Most engagements begin where standard consulting and facilitation have already been tried.

What We Do

Our work is organized around four engagements, each designed for a different stage of the alignment problem.

01

Alignment Read

A two-week senior diagnostic. Confidential interviews with the principals and key stakeholders, a map of where alignment is breaking, and a sponsor memo on what is actually at stake and what should happen next. Often the first engagement.

02

Decision Sprint

A four-to-six-week engagement built around a specific stalled decision or consequential convening. Stakeholder preparation, decision architecture, the room itself, and a thirty-day decision tracker once the alignment is reached.

03

Retained Advisory

Ongoing senior advisory through the life of a transformation, reform, or governance initiative. Confidential support for the sponsor, repeated convenings, principal coaching, and quiet judgment between the formal moments.

04

First 90 Days

Three months of confidential support for newly-appointed senior leaders stepping into politically sensitive roles. Stakeholder mapping, sponsor coaching, and judgment through the early decisions that shape the rest of the tenure.

Why Clients Bring Us In

Patterns we help clients move through.

01
When the stakes are high and alignment is fragile.
02
When a consequential decision is stalled by competing priorities.
03
When the room needs design before the meeting begins.
04
When a new senior leader needs judgment in a politically sensitive first chapter.
